Phase One began in 2017 and now has 16 beautiful mobile homes and cabins. Phase Two began in 2025 and will have a total of 16 cabins! We have mobile homes and cabins priced between $1,000-$1,400 per month. Every mobile home is completely remodeled, and the cabins are built from ground-up by our own teams! All homes include a covered walk-up, large covered back patio overlooking "the woods", a private driveway and much more! Our community is in a beautiful country setting perfect for families, couples, roommates and singles. We are located outside the city limits, sitting conveniently (but quietly) off 271 with native forest views in all directions, a lot of green space and tall trees, with a wooded park including picnic tables and BBQs coming soon!

4 - VIEW THE HOME - meet with one of our team members to view the home.
5 - LEASE & KEYS - sign your lease, pay your rent, and get your keys!

PET POLICY
Although we love animals, we work hard to maintain a peaceful country community therefore we prefer no pets, and preference is given to applicants who do not have pets. Any pets that are approved will require a deposit and additional monthly fee. Unapproved pets will result in an eviction.
We do not support the abuse of service animal status to bypass a pet policy. Service dogs are welcomed as per federal law, and we will validate as allowed by law. ESAs require current and verifiable documentation from your local PCP or a local psychological medical specialist. Online ESA certification bodies and out-of-state doctors are not considered valid evidence and will not be approved.
